Custom portrait of Arnold Schwarzenegger as Conan the Barbarian (1982).
A client reached out looking for a gift for his brother and determined that there was something about Conan, the movie from their childhood, that really fired them up, and he knew his brother would die for a realistic portrait of the character. It takes time and discipline for a portrait like this to be accurate and alive, and Tayt Modern is as gratified with the results as the clients are.
Warhammer
A client is a collector of Warhammer figures and listed the characters he wanted to see in an epic battle scene. Tayt Modern accepted the challenge and the results speak for themselves.
Abstract
This client had a living room with a large blank wall. Tayt Modern collected photos of the room and discussed the colours and the furniture, and it was agreed to use a certain pallet to accomplish a commission that would compliment the living space. Working on the piece involved sitting with it and meditating on it and acting on the moments of intuition in bursts of creativity. A truly spiritual work.
